We care about the discipleship of the next generation, which is why we have classes for children up to 5th grade on Sunday mornings. When you arrive, visit our Kids Checkpoint to get your children registered and checked-in for their class. Classes are listed below, as well as a map with some important points.

12 Months to Toddler

Located adjacent to our Worship Center Auditorium, the Nursery class is an engaging room full of play toys and staffed by volunteers who want to enable you to worship and hear the teaching distraction free. Plus, they love to engage our youngest audience with God’s word through videos, coloring pages, songs and even a Bible story. Yes, even the babies hear God’s word to start to stir their hearts toward their incredible Creator.

Preschool + Kindergarten

The Juniors room is a 450 square foot environment, located in our Family Center, intended to stimulate and cultivate a desire to learn about the Bible through a variety of activities. They experience God’s Word through arts and crafts, games, songs, videos and Bible reading. Couple all of that with some free play time and a snack to complete an exciting morning!
*Juniors are required to be potty-trained

Grades 1-5

Our elementary students typically start their day in the Family Center Auditorium and throughout their class will meander back and forth from the Elementary Activity Room and the Auditorium during different learning activities. We engage them with media, hands-on activities, games and classroom instruction with their weekly Bible lesson. They also receive take-home activities and memory verses each week to continue their lesson at home.

1. Check-in

Get your kids registered and checked in with a name tag. You will receive a security ticket for check-out after service, don’t lose it or you might have to dance for us or do something else silly before you can check your kids out.

2. Kids Classes

After your kids are checked in, hang out with them until 10:20, when we open the doors to our classes. They will have worship and teaching prepared specifically for them so parents and older siblings can worship without distraction in the main auditorium.

3. Check-out

After our service your kids will be waiting in their classroom for you to come and pick them up. Bring your security ticket to optimize the check-out process.

Safety Matters

We have a safety team that hangs out near our kids classrooms throughout our service to assist parents and kids with whatever needs may arise and assisting in the check-out process to make sure your kids are released to you. If you have any questions at any point, ask one of our team members wearing a Journey lanyard.
